Title: Marketing Associate/Sr Marketing Associate
Location: Civic Studios office (Khar (W), Mumbai, India)

Role Description
We’re looking for an Associate in Marketing Strategy and Implementation to drive innovative marketing campaigns, optimize digital strategies, manage partnerships, and uphold brand integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Strategy and Implementation:
- Develop and execute release strategies (Feature films, Short Films, Microdramas and other produced Content) across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels in alignment with campaign objectives.
- Create impactful marketing collateral for campaign releases.
- Execute influencer marketing, meme strategies, partnerships and on-ground events and community outreach in line with campaign goals.
- AI-Powered Content Creation
- Exhibit a robust proficiency in leveraging AI-driven technologies—specifically image and video generation platforms—to ideate and deliver premium visual assets across social media, integrated campaigns, and marketing collaterals
- Seamlessly integrating AI into daily content production workflow, maintaining a pulse on emerging tools to enhance creative experimentation and operational efficiency while strictly adhering to Civic Studios’ editorial and brand guidelines.
- Monetisation Strategy & Implementation:
- Ideation and Implementation of monetisation worthy Intellectual properties for Civic’s’ Instagram Pages (Civic Studios, Microverse- by Civic Studios & Climate Don’t Change)
- Offline and Brand Partnerships:
- Devise and execute strategies for events and partnerships, including property development and ecosystem opportunities.
- Explore new community-building channels like WhatsApp, Telegram, etc., expanding brand reach and engagement.
- Brand Language Custodianship:
- Oversee brand assets such as motion logos, brand books, merchandise, and identify additional branding opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with the Business & Partnerships team to support co-branded campaigns, sponsorship activations, and mission-aligned collaborations — ensuring marketing efforts reflect Civic Studios’ climate commitments while meeting partner expectations and deliverables.
- Work in tandem with the Impact team to translate climate data, research, and on-ground outcomes into compelling marketing narratives that resonate with audiences and reinforce Civic Studios’ positioning as a purpose-driven media company.
- Coordinate with the Creative Development team to brief, review, and deliver content across formats — ensuring creative output is strategically aligned, on-brand, and optimized for distribution across Civic Studios’ channels.
Role Requirement
We are looking for someone who has:
- 4 – 6 years experience in Marketing preferably in Entertainment Brand/Agency
- Proficiency in Social Media Platforms, Digital marketing tools, Analytics and Social Listening
- Proficient in using AI tools for generating images, videos, and marketing collaterals
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication, analytical, and networking abilities
- Interest in pop culture, digital content, and cinema/series is preferredÂ
