And this is the driving force defining our Climate Media. Civic Studios is bringing climate into the stories people already watch, share, and love in cinemas, on their social media feeds, or in classrooms.

Think product placement — but for climate messaging: a theme in the plot, a choice a character makes, a reality that shapes the world on screen. Done well, audiences absorb it without ever feeling lectured.

Short, bingeable climate-focused series on Civic Studios and affiliate social media accounts, built for people to watch on their phones. They take climate themes and wrap them in relatable characters and drama people want to follow.

We work with creators who already have the trust and attention of engaged communities. Through small grants and plug-and-play messaging toolkits, we make it easy for Instagram and YouTube content creators to incorporate climate action into the content they already produce.

Reaching children

Building climate-aware values in children, before habits harden through empowering climate stories.

Values formed early tend to last. The years when children are forming their sense of the world are the most powerful window to nurture climate care — not as a subject to memorise, but as a way of living. We reach kids through the stories, characters, and play helping them feel a sense of agency rather than anxiety.
