Job Title: Fund Lead – Media Fund

Experience: 2–3 years (Brand Solutions / Partnerships / Account Management)
We are setting up a Media Fund that would facilitate positive climate messaging in commercial long form and short form mainstream media content and are looking for a Fund Lead to anchor all end-to-end processes and manage the day to day workings of the fund. This role will work closely with internal teams, external funders, producing partners, and the leadership committee to ensure smooth workflow management, clear communication, and timely outcomes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organised, and confident in managing multiple stakeholders with great communication skills along with a keen interest in climate & impact messaging.
1. Fund & Workflow Management
- Manage the entire workflow of the Media Fund from application to closure across various projects.
- Track timelines, deliverables, approvals, and ensure all processes run smoothly and deliver timely on all components of the Media Fund projects.
- Lead project management activities and maintain high attention to detail at every step and efficiently manage communications.
- Track project success metrics and create final reports for deliverables and share with all stakeholders
2. Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external funders, production partners, agencies, external key stakeholders and leadership committee —ensure clarity, sensitivity, professionalism, and confidence in all communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Research, Creative, Business, and Legal to move projects toward closure.
- Keep the leadership committee updated on project status, changes, delays, or approvals.
3. Review & Collaboration
- Review forms and submissions; work with producing partners to ensure integration and alignment with fund objectives.
- Collaborate with internal research and creative teams to refine messaging as required.
- Work closely with Business and Legal teams to finalise documentation and close agreements.
4. Execution & Outcome Ownership
- Drive each project toward final outcomes, ensuring both funder and internal expectations are met.
- Maintain documentation, communication logs, and process checklists for transparency and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in Brand Solutions, Partnerships, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, confident.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage complex workflows.
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Comfortable working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to troubleshoot and push projects forward.
