Role Description
We’re looking for an Associate – Sales & Acquisition who will be responsible for and supports project research, sales strategy development, and client relationship management within the media and content industry, with a focus on maximizing revenue and identifying emerging opportunities across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

    1. Project Research and Identification:
      • Assist in researching and identifying potential projects that align with CS objectives and target audience
      • Assist in creating projections, sales strategy & viability for each project
      • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities across India & international territories.
      • Track the performance of OTT, Film Festival & Box Office projects and analyze the trends
      • Work with the creative team to manage the slate and creatively review projects
    2. Client Relationship Support:
      • Provide support in cultivating and maintaining relationships with existing clients: Film makers, OTT Platforms, and industry stakeholders.
      • Assist with client communications, inquiries, and follow-ups under the guidance of the Sales and Acquisition Head
      • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations as needed.
      • Managing internal & external coordination
    3. Contract Administration:
      • Assist in the preparation and review of commercial contracts and review of legal contracts
      • Coordinate contract execution and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
      • Maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, and client communications
    4. Sales Support and Administration:
      • Support the Sales and Acquisition head in developing sales & acquisition strategies and initiatives
      • Coordinate with the creative Teams for preparing the Deck and other pitch material
      • Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns
      • Help track sales performance metrics, compile reports, and analyze data to inform decision-making
      • Help maximize revenue for projects across all streams
      • Support the Sales & Acquisition head in pitching with streaming platforms and studios and get favorable deal terms & revenues

    Role Requirement
    We are looking for someone who has/is:

    • 2 – 3 years experience in Sales preferably within the Media & Entertainment industry
    • Proficiency in project research and identification, including creating projections, sales strategies, and viability assessments
    • Strong analytical skills to monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
    • Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships, with experience in client communications, inquiries, and follow-ups
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Prior experience in legal & sales would be preferred
