Role description
We are looking for a marketing specialist who can create and execute the marketing strategy for Civic Studios The Marketing Head will design, implement and drive the following:
- Craft marketing strategy for Civic Studios across Audience Profiling, Performance marketing, Social Media, Brand Identity, Brand campaigns, PR, Influencer marketing, and Offline marketing
- Monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Set up marketing and social media teams, and onboard allied agencies as necessary
- Set, monitor and report on team goals
- Develop brand identity for Civic Studios and ensure it is consistent across all channels
- Develop growth strategy for CS to expand reach, engagement and audience baseManage
- launch campaigns end to end for all production releases of civic studios
- Serve as a key voice in assuring marketing, PR, and brand and editorial communication is consistent across all channels
- Stay abreast with competition and industry trends across marketing functions
- Work in tandem with the creative teams to ensure we are marketing existing content effectively, and developing new content which is marketable.
- 10 -12 years experience of experience in the Marketing department in a managerial or a team lead role preferably within our industry
- Experience in running successful marketing campaigns across digital and social media channels
- Familiarity with the media and entertainment industry in terms of digital content releases, distribution channels, social media creators, and their promotion activities
- Excellent communication abilities (oral and written) with strong attention to detail
- Strong design sensibility in developing creative assets for promotion campaigns
- Data driven approach to setting targets and achieving results, married to creative, fresh innovations to stand out in the crowd
- Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including hands-on experience with ad networks, programmatic buying, social media advertising, etc.
- Solid Knowledge of tracking performance metrics across marketing channels, analyzing trends, and enforcing insights into strategy and planning of ongoing activities
- Leadership Skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals
