Title: Marketing Associate
Location: Civic Studios (Khar {W}, Mumbai, India)

Pay: Compensation commensurate with experience

Role Description
We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to contribute to festival outreach, execute release campaigns, manage partnerships, oversee LinkedIn content, and drive brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

    1. Lead Festival outreach efforts:
      • Spearhead festival outreach efforts, ensuring a strong company presence and engagement at industry-related events.
    2. Partnerships, Collaborations, and Events Support:
      • Collaborate on partnerships, collaborations, events, internal communications, and community outreach activities as part of shared responsibilities.
      • Assist in vendor coordination, production support, and impact campaign assistance
    3. LinkedIn Management and Analytics:
      • Oversee the daily LinkedIn content calendar and collate key metrics for analysis and insights
      • Support the rollout of general release campaigns on LinkedIn, assisting in campaign execution and coordination
      • Stay updated on digital media trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for innovation
    4. Website Strategy and Maintenance:
      • Assist in implementing website strategies, maintaining relevant content, managing the company’s blog, and database management for events, festivals, and awards.
      • Develop and maintain branded properties on the website, collating and analyzing website analytics
    5. Networking and Brand Collaterals:
      • Network at industry events to represent the company and foster relationships
      • Support in managing brand collaterals and explore new experimental channels for marketing initiatives

    Role Requirement
    We are looking for someone who has:

    • 3 – 5 years experience in Marketing preferably within our industry.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Interest in pop culture, digital content, and mainstream cinema is preferred.
